Fantastic experience from start to finish!
I really liked the balance of pre-planned events and having the flexibility to go on premium events at our leisure. The group was amazing and I can't honestly think of any way that it could’ve gone better.

FAST FACTS

FAQS

ARE LISBON AND PORTO SAFE?

Lisbon and Porto are both safe and walkable.

Like any other city in the world, we recommend using general safety measures while traveling and avoiding any dark and narrow alleys at night.

WILL I HAVE WIFI OR CELL SERVICE?

Yes. We only book accommodation that has WiFi and most U.S. SIM cards also work locally. Local SIM cards are sometimes cheap at the airport but make sure to check the data plan before you buy.

HOW CAN I GET AROUND PORTUGAL?

Lisbon and Porto are walkable but beware of the hilly streets.

Ubers are cheap and readily available but Lisbon also has excellent public transportation and famous routes on the tram. We recommend the Lisbon tram, number 28, that passes through the popular districts of Graca, Alfama, Baixa and Estrela.

ARE THERE COWORKING SPACES AND COOL COFFEE SHOPS?

Lisbon is a hub for emerging start-ups and tech culture. There are plenty of cafes and work-friendly coworking spaces in Porto and Lisbon.

IS THERE FOOD FOR DIFFERENT DIETS AND SAFE DRINKING WATER?

Portugal boasts amazingly fresh seafood and a wide variety of meats. There are some exciting new vegan and vegetarian restaurants. Truly something for everyone, including delicious desserts.

The drinking water is generally safe out of the tap.
